Delete your account

You can delete your Hic account and all data associated with it at any time. Deletion is permanent.

Delete it inside the app

The fastest way is directly in Hic:

  1. Open Hic and go to Settings.
  2. Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete Account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is closed immediately and your data is scheduled for permanent deletion.

Or request it by email

If you can no longer sign in, email legal@hic.studio from the address on your account and ask us to delete it. We will verify the request and process it.

What gets deleted

All personal data tied to your account is permanently removed: profile and username, interests and preferences, trips and saved plans, achievements and progress, and stored location history.

Timing. Your account is closed right away. All associated personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymised, non-identifying analytics may be retained for up to 13 months, and crash logs for up to 90 days, as described in our Privacy Policy.
